Hiding Friends On Facebook
How Do I Hide My Facebook Friends
Currently, a customer has control on almost whatever in their account (e.g. status, images, albums etc). The individual also has the control of how they intend to share product (e.g. with everyone, friends, friends of friends, etc). Customers can also by hand hide a status from details people.
Did you understand that you can even hide your friend list? It holds true.
If you don't desire strangers to see your friend list, then you can just hide it from them. It's really simple. You can use the boosted Facebook personal privacy settings to modify your friend list's exposure.
One point which I have observed when you keep your friend list public is that many people see that list and begin adding friends blindly.
As well as seeing typical friends, other friends generally approve the friend demand. It's type of humiliating when your female friend informs you that some mutual friend of yours has sent her a buddy demand.
It's far better to let your friend list be visible only to you and also hidden from others.
This guide has been updated to match the new Facebook personal privacy setups, as Facebook made some major changes lately. So, follow this new tutorial and hide your Facebook friend list from others:
- Login to your Facebook account
- Go to your Account page
- Click Friends
Currently, on your Facebook friend list web page, simply click on the "Manage" icon on top right & click on "Edit Privacy".
From here you could regulate that can see your friend list and that cannot. I usually maintain it visible to me only, as this is better for the privacy of my friends because I don't desire them to be pounded with unrestricted friend demands.
Take a look at this screenshot for better understanding:
If you do not desire anybody to see your Facebook friend list, maintain the "Who can see your friend list" readying to "Only Me".
( Maintaining your Facebook friend list visible for others is entirely your choice, yet my recommendation would be to maintain it hidden from the privacy of your friends.).
